Kandied Krush is not responsible for any orders that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during shipping. Once your order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery is transferred to the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact USPS immediately to file a claim. All eligible shipments are insured. Please save all packaging materials, shipping boxes, and damaged products, as they may be required when filing your claim.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
